International Congress on Food Science & Technology 2025

The International Congress on Food Science & Technology is scheduled to take place in November 2025. The event is held within the framework of FOODTECH 2025, Greece’s premier food technology and packaging exhibition. The central theme of the congress is “Food Science and Technology: Innovation and Sustainability Challenges”. The event aims to explore modern scientific and technological discoveries, emphasizing the integration of traditional knowledge with innovations in safety, circular economy, Industry 4.0, and artificial intelligence.
