The Asia Oceania Geosciences Society (AOGS) 2025 Annual Meeting, known as AOGS2025, is scheduled to take place from July 27 to August 1, 2025. This will be an in-person event featuring a comprehensive scientific conference, an exhibition, a general assembly, elections for the 2026–2028 office bearers, and the presentation of annual society honors and awards.
Disciplines Covered: The conference will encompass eight geoscience disciplines: Atmospheric Sciences (AS), Biogeosciences (BG), Hydrological Sciences (HS), Interdisciplinary Geosciences (IG), Ocean Sciences (OS), Planetary Sciences (PS), Solar & Terrestrial Sciences (ST), and Solid Earth Sciences (SE).
Scientific Program: The event will include plenary lectures, keynote talks, technical sessions, poster presentations, and special lectures by distinguished scientists such as Harsh Gupta, R. Balasubramanian, and A. Coustenis.
Exhibition & Networking: An exhibition will be held from July 28 to 31, featuring exhibitor booths, business matching opportunities, and networking events like coffee/tea and beer hours.
Mentor-Mentee Program: A dedicated program will facilitate interactions between early-career researchers and experienced scientists.
