• Halal and Organic Food Pavilion: Highlighting certified halal and organic products, plant-based options, and sustainable packaging solutions.
• Live Food Competitions: Engaging contests such as Best International Dish, Pastry Chef Championship, and Creative Dessert Art Battle.

Visitors: More than 70 countries are expected to attend, reflecting a significant growth from the previous edition .

Exhibitors: The exhibition will feature 1,900 exhibitors, including 600 new participants, showcasing a diverse range of products and innovations in the F&B sector .

Brands: More than 1,900 brands will be represented, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the latest trends and developments in the industry .

Deals and Agreements: The event is expected to facilitate business deals exceeding AED 6.2 billion, surpassing the AED 3.9 billion achieved in the previous edition
